Delivery & Returns

We will do our best to deliver throughout the world, though we may need to consider logistics and costs in some indiviual destinations. Please email for specific requests.

Attune is committed to keeping its shipping costs as low as possible, so that as many people as possible enjoy our great products at the right price.

Therefore we make sure that no profit applies to our shipping policy. 

Orders to UK and Ireland are free at present.  Charges apply to other destinations though we apply a similar reductions on post and packaging as offered to customers in UK and Ireland.  If you are experiencing difficulty placing orders from outside UK, please email shop@atunewomenswear.com

Returns and refunds

Attune takes every care to ensure that its products arrive with you exactly as you would like them.

However we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. In such an event you may return a product with the following conditions:

  • within 14 days by post or courier from the day you receive the goods
  • products are in an “as new” condition
  • labelling hasn’t been removed from the clothing
  • packaging is in a resalable condition

Delivery

Goods falling within the above return policies can be exchanged if they are unused and ‘as new’, however delivery charges for the exchanged item will be charged to the customer.

Except in cases where product has arrived faulty or damaged, Shipping and Delivery fees will not be refunded. Should an item have been purchased with free delivery a £10 handling charge will apply on return.

Returns by Post or Courier

When returning any product (taking note of our policy above) please post the item(s) back to us at The Innovation Centre, Northern Ireland Science Park, Queen's Road, Titanic Quarter, Belfast BT3 9DT within 14 days of the dispatch date for a refund in full via the original method used.

We will not pay for the cost of return so please ensure you choose the most convenient method that suits you and the item being returned. For your own benefit and security we recommend that you send goods via registered delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned.

Non-refundable items

Attune Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers cannot be returned within the terms of this policy.

Special order items cannot be returned.
